- I am a wife, mother, and writer all in my spare time. My son is a rock musician and my daughter is an ER doctor (like her Daddy) and I count them as something I've done very right! Oh, and currently I am helping my daughter plan her Fall wedding. Adding humor to the mix is a one year old shelter puppy I'm training to "come, sit and stay" named Miss Bean. I always like to find that edge, that inexplicable something that sits between magical and real life in all the small moments.
